Double-Blind Review Process
BCIRC 2026 conducts a strict double-blind review process. Authors' information will not be visible to reviewers, and reviewers' details are hidden from authors. Please ensure that the manuscript does not contain any content that could reveal your identity, such as names, affiliations, or country. Additionally, do not include sentences, figures, or references that disclose author identities when citing previous work.

Online submissions will open soon. Please prepare your full papers in accordance with the Author Guidelines below.
Author Guidelines
You are invited to submit your full paper within the scope of BCIRC 2026. All submissions must be prepared at the highest level of quality.
Full papers should be based on original research, reviews, and case studies. Concept-only papers or future studies proposals will not be accepted.
Full papers must consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pages (review papers may extend up to a maximum of 8 pages), including all references, graphics, and figures.
To maintain high academic standards, the acceptance rate will be kept below 50%. Priority will be given to papers receiving the highest peer review scores.
Each speaker may present up to 3 papers, and an author’s name may appear on a maximum of 5 papers.
All submissions must be original and should not be under consideration for publication at any other conference or journal simultaneously. No changes to full papers are permitted after the camera-ready submission deadline.
Full papers that are not presented in-person at the conference will be excluded from the official conference proceedings.
Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process evaluating originality, research quality, relevance, and presentation clarity. Papers will be rejected if reviewer and editor comments are not adequately addressed during revisions.
Plagiarism limit: Must not exceed 20%, and AI-generated content limit: Must not exceed 30%, excluding references. Submissions violating these thresholds will be rejected immediately without review.
